In the semi-automatic production line, core processes such as pelletizing, cooling, and screening are automated. Only the raw material feeding and finished product sorting links require manual assistance, making it suitable for small-scale production and significantly reducing your investment costs.
The fully automatic solution integrates an intelligent electronic control system. The entire process—from raw material pretreatment, precise feeding, and pellet formation to cooling, screening, and packaging—can be operated automatically. Operators can monitor and adjust parameters via a remote electronic control cabinet, greatly minimizing manual intervention.
How many operators are required?

For our most widely used standard-configured automated bio organic fertilizer production line, only 2–3 operators are needed for smooth operation: one is responsible for operating the electronic control cabinet, monitoring the production process, adjusting equipment parameters in real time to ensure stable operation of the entire line. The other 1–2 personnel handle daily material replenishment, equipment inspections, finished product storage, and other related tasks.
