Ring Die & Press Rollers
We make the ring die and press rollers from 42CrMo alloy steel. They undergo carburizing heat treatment, so they feature high hardness and strong wear resistance. Their service life is twice as long as that of ordinary ring dies.

Transmission System
The machine uses a high-precision gear transmission system. Its transmission efficiency reaches over 98%, so it is more efficient and energy-saving than traditional belt drives.
It adopts SKF bearings in the transmission part, which ensures stable operation and low noise.

Anti-Bridging Feeder
The feeding hopper is equipped with a rotating rod. It breaks wood bridging and blockages, and ensures steady feeding into the pellet chamber.
It uses a variable frequency controller, so we can accurately adjust the feeding speed based on main motor load and material properties.

Forced Feeder
The worm gear reducer provides strong pressing force for wood materials. It ensures materials pass through the ring die smoothly and form high-density pellets.
We manufacture gears from high-strength alloy steel with quenching treatment, so the gear surface has extremely high hardness.

Cutting Device
We use high-hardness replaceable blades. They cut cleanly and produce pellets with uniform length.
The distance between the cutter and the ring die is adjustable. Therefore, we can cut pellets into different lengths according to customer requirements.

Overload Protection Device
The wood chip pellet machine is equipped with a safety pin. It cuts off power immediately under abnormal load. This effectively prevents equipment damage, reduces maintenance costs, and protects both operators and the machine.
