Raw Material Cleaning

Using a cleaning screen and iron remover, impurities are removed from various raw materials such as corn, wheat, and soybean meal, ensuring feed safety while preventing damage to equipment.
Crushing

A feed grinder grinds the raw materials into powder form, facilitating subsequent pelleting.
Batching & Mixing

The ground raw materials are weighed and proportioned according to the formula. Then, all raw materials are fed into a mixer for thorough mixing, ensuring a balanced nutritional profile in the feed.
Pelleting

The mixed material is fed into a pellet mill. It is formed into long strips by the strong extrusion of a ring die and pressure rollers, and then cut into small pellets of uniform length by a cutter.
Cooling

The high-temperature, high-humidity pellets are sent to a cooler to cool to room temperature and remove moisture, preventing mold growth and improving pellet hardness.
Screening

The cooled pellets are screened. Qualified pellets are sent to the packaging process. Dust or oversized pellets are recycled for secondary processing.

Weigh, bag, and seal the finished pellets using a packing scale.
