Complete Bamboo Pellet Production Line
You need a good bamboo pellet machine and a full production line to make bamboo pellets. This line belongs to bamboo deep processing, mainly turning bamboo and other biomass waste into dense pellet fuel that’s easy to store and carry. The whole process has six main steps.
Coarse Crushing Process

Use a bamboo chipper to cut large pieces of bamboo into small chips.
Fine Grinding Process

Use a bamboo hammer mill to further crush the bamboo chips into bamboo shavings or powder approximately 3–5 mm in size.
Drying Process (optional)

If the raw materials have an excessively high moisture content, they must first be dried to reduce the moisture level to approximately 10% before proceeding with pelleting.
Pelletizing Process

Feed bamboo powder into the bamboo pellet machine. High pressure compresses the material into strips, which are then cut into evenly sized pellets.
Cooling ＆ Screening Process

Cool the freshly pressed bamboo pellets to room temperature. Then, use a vibrating screen to sift out the pellets of the required size.
Packaging

Weigh and bag the finished pellets using a packing scale.
