Coarse Crushing Process

If the raw material is bamboo poles or bamboo boards, it needs to be sliced first.
Fine Grinding Process

Crush bamboo chips, bamboo sawdust, and bamboo shavings into fine powder with a particle size of about 3 mm. Uniform particle size improves feeding performance and allows the pellet machine to compress the material more efficiently.

If the raw materials have an excessively high moisture content, they must first be dried to reduce the moisture level to approximately 10% before proceeding with pelleting.
Pelletizing Process
