Keenly recognizing this business opportunity, our client decided to invest in the construction of an aquatic feed production line, aiming to supply high-quality fish feed to both the local market and surrounding regions.
Given the robust demand within Bangladesh’s domestic poultry farming sector, the client sought a production line capable of simultaneously producing both aquatic feed and poultry feed.
After a comprehensive evaluation of various options, the client ultimately decided to partner with us, commissioning us to custom-design a versatile production line capable of producing 500 kg of aquatic feed and 1–2 tons of chicken feed per hour.

Crushing Section:
Use a feed hammer mill to crush the raw materials like corn, wheat, soybean meal into mesh.

Mixing Section:
Based on the feed formula, thoroughly mix all materials.

Pelleting Section:
If you wish to produce fish feed, use a fish feed extruder; if you wish to produce chicken feed, use a poultry feed pellet machine.

Drying Section:
If producing fish feed, the feed must be fed into a mesh-belt dryer for drying. However, if producing chicken feed, the material can proceed directly to the cooling stage immediately after pelleting is complete.

Coating Section:
Use a oil spraying machine to coat the surface of dried fish feed pellets with oil, thereby enhancing the feed’s nutritional value and water resistance.

Cooling Section:
Cool the freshly formed feed pellets to room temperature, avoiding adhesion or mold growth.

Finished Product Packaging Section:
Finally, the automatic packaging scale automatically bags, accurately weighs and seals the finished pellets (or crumbles) according to the preset weight standard.
