As Bangladesh’s aquaculture industry continues to expand, local aquaculturists’ demand for high-quality, standardized aquatic feed has surged dramatically.
Keenly recognizing this business opportunity, our client decided to invest in the construction of an aquatic feed production line, aiming to supply high-quality fish feed to both the local market and surrounding regions.
Given the robust demand within Bangladesh’s domestic poultry farming sector, the client sought a production line capable of simultaneously producing both aquatic feed and poultry feed.
After a comprehensive evaluation of various options, the client ultimately decided to partner with us, commissioning us to custom-design a versatile production line capable of producing 500 kg of aquatic feed and 1–2 tons of chicken feed per hour.

Process Flow of Aqua Feed Production Line in Bangladesh
The aqua feed production line in Bangladesh features a dual-line parallel design structure, simultaneously equipped with a fish feed extruder and a chicken feed pelletizer. This “two-in-one” configuration enables the system to handle the production of both aquatic and poultry feeds concurrently. To switch between different feed categories, users need only adjust the raw material formulations and modify the equipment’s processing parameters.

Use a feed hammer mill to crush the raw materials like corn, wheat, soybean meal into mesh.

If you wish to produce fish feed, use a fish feed extruder; if you wish to produce chicken feed, use a poultry feed pellet machine.

If producing fish feed, the feed must be fed into a mesh-belt dryer for drying. However, if producing chicken feed, the material can proceed directly to the cooling stage immediately after pelleting is complete.

Coating Section:
Use a oil spraying machine to coat the surface of dried fish feed pellets with oil, thereby enhancing the feed’s nutritional value and water resistance.

Cool the freshly formed feed pellets to room temperature, avoiding adhesion or mold growth.

最後に、自動包装秤が、あらかじめ設定された重量基準に従って、完成したペレット（またはクランブル）を自動的に袋詰めし、正確に計量して密封します。.
