When the material is pushed out from the die holes, it expands and puffs up rapidly. As a result, it forms porous and loose feed pellets.

Our sinking fish feed machine utilizes a high-compression-ratio ring die and a forced feeding system to ensure that high-oil materials are still tightly formed, resulting in smooth, non-loose pellets. The pressure rollers and ring die are specially coated to reduce material slippage or die blockage caused by oil. However, if your formulation contains more than 10% oil, we recommend using an oil spraying machine to apply the coating after the pellets have cooled.
