Cattle Feed Production Line Process
Our complete cattle feed production line consists of several key steps: first, we clean the raw materials to remove impurities, then do batching and mixing, followed by raw material crushing, pelleting, cooling, screening, and finally packaging.

Raw Material Cleaning

We use cleaning screens and iron removers to get rid of impurities from raw materials like corn, wheat, and soybean meal. This not only ensures the safety of the feed but also prevents any damage to the equipment during operation.
Crushing

A feed grinder is used to grind the raw materials into fine powder, which makes it easier to process the materials into pellets in the next step.
Batching & Mixing

First, we weigh and proportion the ground raw materials according to the preset formula. Then, all the materials are put into a mixer to be fully mixed, so that every part of the feed has a balanced and consistent nutritional content.
Pelleting

The mixed materials are fed into a pellet mill. Under the strong extrusion of the ring die and pressure rollers, the materials are formed into long strips, which are then cut into small, evenly sized pellets by a cutter.
Cooling

The freshly made pellets, which are high in temperature and humidity, are sent to a cooler. They are cooled down to room temperature and dried to remove excess moisture—this prevents mold growth and makes the pellets harder and more durable.
Screening

After cooling, the pellets are screened. Qualified pellets are sent to the packaging stage, while any dust or oversized pellets are recycled for secondary processing, so no material is wasted.

Finally, we use a packing scale to weigh the finished pellets, then bag and seal them, ready for use or storage.
