Customized Tofu Cat Litter Production Line in Russia
Russia tofu cat litter production line covers eight core processes: batching, mixing, pelletizinn, drying, spraying, cooling, crumbling & screening, and packaging. It is equipped with electrical cabinets, air compressors, steam supply systems, and other utilities. The production capacity ranges from 1 to 5 tons per hour and can produce two types of finished cat litter: whole pellet cat litter and crumbles.

Batching Section:
Cat litter raw materials are mostly powders, and manually unpacking and dispensing them generates a lot of dust and is time-consuming and labor-intensive. Therefore, we use ton-bag unpacking and closed dispensing to reduce dust in the workshop. We also equip the facility with multiple PLC-controlled batching bins to store different raw materials and automatically mix and feed them according to the formula.

Mxing Section:
The batched materials are then fed into a mixer to be mixed evenly, and the mixed material is then sent to a pre-pelleting buffer silo.

Pelletizing Section:
The pre-pelleting buffer hopper is equipped with a level sensor and is linked to the front-end mixing section. When the level is low, it automatically replenishes; when the level is high, the mixing section automatically pauses, ensuring a continuous and stable supply to the pellet mill. This production line uses a ring die cat litter pellet mill, which can extrude materials into short cylindrical pellets with a diameter of 2–3 mm and a length of 5–10 mm. The equipment is equipped with a steam conditioner, which thoroughly softens the plant fibers through moist heat conditioning, significantly improving the pellet formation rate.

Drying Section:
Convey the wet cat litter pellets after pelleting to the buffer hopper, and feed them evenly into the mesh belt dryer for low-temperature gradient drying to preserve the cat litter’s porous structure, ensure water absorption performance, and prevent pellet cracking or gelatinization.

Spraying Section:
Send the dried cat litter pellets into the sprayer to apply deodorizers, antibacterial additives, and colorants, enhancing the added value of the product.

Cooling Section:
After spraying, the cat litter pellets need to be cooled to room temperature as quickly as possible to harden them and stabilize the moisture content at 10% to prevent mold growth.

Packaging Section:
The cooled cat litter pellets are fed into a rotary grading screen for sieving, directly selecting qualified finished products; unqualified fine powder and large pellets are recycled and reprocessed. In addition, the production line also supports the crushing of some pellets to produce crumble cat litter, meeting diverse product needs.

Packaging Section:
Finished cat litter is stored in a 2 m³ finished product silo and automatically fed to the packaging machine according to the packaging speed. The automatic packaging machine can automatically weigh and sew packaging bags, requiring only manual assistance to complete the bagging process. This packaging machine supports packaging from 50 kg to 1 ton. The packaged finished products are transported directly to the warehouse by forklift.
