Ring Die and Roller Assembly
We use 42CrMo alloy steel to make the ring die and pressure roller, and perform carburizing and quenching treatment to significantly enhance the wear resistance of the parts, making them perform excellently when processing coarse fiber raw materials such as sawdust, wood chips, and palm fiber.
