Quenched high-carbon steel hammers feature high hardness and great wear resistance. The 5 mm thick hammers are double-sided usable for longer service life. Double-layer side plates (6 mm outer +10 mm inner) withstand heavy impact and ensure strong rigidity and stable operation.

Variable Frequency Feeding Design
You can add an impeller feeder to this grinding machine. A variable-frequency motor controls feeding to keep material supply even and stable, so the mill won’t choke easily. The impeller blades keep stirring and pulling material to stop material bridging.

Easy Maintenance Structure
The fully openable movable access door removes hard-to-reach dead corners, making it easy to clear accumulated materials and replace hammers. The linked screen-clamping mechanism supports fast screen mounting and dismounting, enabling on-site adjustment of output particle size. Multiple Safety Protection
An interlocked safety system links the access door, protective housing and start-stop controls. The machine cannot start unless the access door is fully closed. If the moisture content is too high (exceeding 18–20%), it is recommended to install a rotary dryer first; this ensures more stable output and fineness. Otherwise, the high moisture content of the raw material can easily clog the screen.
Can crop stalks and corn cobs be ground together?

Our rice husk grinder machine can directly process materials such as rice husks, peanut shells, sunflower seed hulls, and coffee husks, provided they are smaller than 3–5 cm in size. However, for long-fiber materials like crop stalks or larger items like corn cobs, additional coarse crushing equipment is required.
