Ring Die and Roller Assembly
Both the ring die and the pressure rollers are made of 42CrMo alloy steel and undergo carburizing and quenching treatments; this significantly enhances their wear resistance, making them ideally suited for processing coarse biomass fibers such as sawdust, wood shavings, rice husks, and palm fibers.

Gear Drive System
The gearbox delivers high torque, providing the machine with immense extrusion force to ensure material is smoothly pressed into the die holes. Meanwhile, the speed reducer utilizes hardened-tooth-surface gears that have undergone precision grinding, resulting in high load-bearing capacity.

VFD Feeder

A circulating thin-oil lubrication system enables automatic lubrication of bearings and gearbox gears via PLC control.Additionally, the circulating oil flushes out dust or metal debris from the bearings.

Cooling System
We install an air-cooled extraction system capable of drawing away the hot, moist gases generated during the pelletizing process. In addition, the circulating oil lubrication system can also significantly reduce bearing temperatures, preventing shutdowns caused by overheating.
