Technical Features of RICHI Vertical Biomass Pellet Mill
The vertical pellet mill features a unique vertical ring-die structural design. Its core components primarily comprise the die and press roller assembly, the transmission system (including the gearbox, main shaft, and bearings), the automatic lubrication system, the feeder and cooling system. Ring Die and Roller Assembly
On this vertical biomass pellet machine, the horizontal ring die stays fixed in place. As the rollers spin inside it, they squeeze raw materials into tight pellets. The die and rollers are made of tough alloy steel, so they last a long time and can turn nearly 98% of raw stock into finished pellets.

Gear Drive System

Lubrication System
The industrial vertical pellet mill employs an independent, automatic circulating thin-oil lubrication system that automatically lubricates the core transmission components immediately upon equipment startup. Simultaneously, it serves to dissipate the heat generated during operation.

Cooling System
The pelletizing chamber of the vertical wood pellet mill features an open design, which facilitates heat dissipation. Furthermore, we install an air-cooled extraction system capable of drawing away the hot, moist gases generated during the pelletizing process.
