Requirements analysis, as the core opening step of a one-stop engineering solution, is the cornerstone for ensuring that all subsequent engineering actions accurately match the client’s needs. At this stage, the RICHI team will communicate in-depth with the client to understand their raw material characteristics, target production capacity, finished product requirements, site conditions, investment budget, and other relevant information. Based on this, we will conduct rigorous data analysis and feasibility studies to outline the project blueprint.

Equipment Manufacturing

The equipment manufacturing process directly determines the quality, delivery time, and project cost of the final product. All equipment will be manufactured using lean production methods in accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system at RICHI’s advanced modern production base. We will implement full-process quality control over raw materials and suppliers, equipment processing, component and assembly quality, and finished product delivery to ensure that the equipment meets design requirements and usage standards, and possesses excellent durability, stability, and efficiency.

Equipment Installation & Commissioning

Once the equipment arrives at your site, our experienced engineering team will provide on-site supervision and guidance throughout the entire process. The engineering team will direct workers to precisely position and secure the equipment, and to lay and connect pipelines and electrical wiring. After installation, the engineers will conduct full-process integrated commissioning of the production line, simulating actual production conditions and testing the coordination capabilities between various systems. After successful commissioning, small-batch trial production will commence, and specific optimizations will be made to address any issues discovered during the trial run until the production line meets the customer’s actual production needs.

RICHI pellet machines adopt high-efficiency Siemens motors and advanced gear transmission design, with transmission efficiency increased to over 95%, reducing reactive power loss. Equipped with a dual-shaft differential conditioner, they enable raw materials fuller softening, thereby reducing the energy consumption of the main motor for extruding materials.

For vulnerable components of the pellet making machines (such as ring dies and pressure rollers), a systematic optimization was carried out, from material selection to heat treatment processes. Key components were made of high-strength, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant high-quality alloy materials (42CrMo/40CrMnTi). Advanced heat treatment technologies like quenching and carburizing are applied to effectively improve the hardness, strength and toughness of components, extending equipment service life and ensuring stable and efficient equipment production.

Equipped with a PLC intelligent control system, it supports real-time monitoring, remote adjustment of production parameters and data traceability. It also features equipment fault early warning, significantly reducing labor costs and errors caused by manual operations, and ensuring stable pellet quality.

Uzbekistan 10-15T/H Poultry Feed Production Line

In July 2019, a client from Uzbekistan commissioned us to design and build a fully automated poultry feed production line with a capacity of 10-15 tons per hour. The aim was to leverage the abundant local agricultural resources, such as corn and wheat, to meet the demand for high-quality feed from the surrounding chicken farming industry. The advanced production line can simultaneously produce both powder and pellet feed, with pellet diameters ranging from 0.5 to 12 millimeters, meeting the feeding requirements throughout the entire growth stage from chicks to adults. This project, with an investment cost of US$250,000 and a rapid commissioning time of 90 days, created exceptional value for the client.

Canada 2-3T/H Automatic Wood Pellet Production Line

In August 2018, a Canadian biomass fuel producer commissioned us to build a fully automated production line capable of producing 2-3 tons per hour to meet the growing market demand for clean energy. The core task of the line was to efficiently convert sawdust with a moisture content as high as 50% into standardized biomass sawdust pellets with a diameter of 6-12 mm. This required the pelletizing equipment to have strong raw material adaptability and stable pelletizing capabilities. Furthermore, the client’s production workshop was very small, necessitating a customized complete line solution perfectly suited to their limited space. The entire project took 60 days, demonstrating RICHI’s exceptional work efficiency.

Crushing system

The crusher is placed at the front end of the pelleting process to crush the raw materials into powder form, facilitating subsequent mixing and pelleting.

Mixing system

After being crushed and proportioned, the various raw materials are fed into a mixer, where they are mixed evenly by high-speed stirring.

Pelleting system

Raw materials enter the pelletizing chamber, are extruded by the ring die and pressure rollers to form long strip-shaped pellets, and then cut by the cutter into uniform pellets of consistent length.

Cooling system

Coolers are used to cool freshly extruded, high-temperature, high-humidity granules to room temperature and remove surface moisture for easier storage.

Packaging system
