Raw Material Pretreatment

This stage begins with breaking open raw material bales (e.g., straw bales), eliminating the need for manual unbinding. The loosened material is then cleaned and screened using equipment such as drum screens, vibrating screens, and suspended magnetic separators to remove impurities (e.g., stones, metal fragments, plastic).
Batching and Mixing

Raw materials are weighed and proportioned according to the specific formula. The batched materials are then fed into a mixer, where liquid additives are introduced to adjust moisture content. High-speed mixing ensures a homogeneous blend of solid ingredients and microbial agents.
Fermentation and Composting

Raw materials, especially livestock and poultry manure, must undergo fermentation and composting before granulation. This process takes place in fermentation tanks, where high temperatures eliminate pathogens, pest eggs, and weed seeds, ensuring fertilizer safety. Through microbial activity, organic matter is decomposed into nutrient-rich, stable compost.
Crushing

The fermented material may still contain small agglomerates and requires fine grinding using a crusher. This step is critical for producing high-quality organic fertilizer pellets, as it prevents poorly formed or easily broken granules caused by oversized particles.
Pelletilizing

Crushed raw materials enter the pelletizing chamber, where rollers and the ring die intensely compress them. The material is forced through the ring die holes to form pellets of various specifications.
As the extruded material emerges as elongated strands, high-speed rotating cutters outside the die trim them into uniform-length pellets.
Drying

Newly formed granules have a high moisture content and are passed through a dryer where hot air reduces moisture to 10% – 15%, preventing mold and deterioration during storage. In production lines with effective moisture control, this step may sometimes be omitted, proceeding directly to cooling.
Cooling and Screening

The dried granules are at an elevated temperature and must be cooled to near ambient levels in a cooler to prevent clumping or secondary fermentation due to heat accumulation. The cooled granules are then screened via a vibrating screen to separate well-formed pellets from fines and broken pieces.
Finished Product Packaging

The qualified organic fertilizer pellets are stored in a finished product silo. They are then weighed by an automatic packing scale according to the set weight, dropped into bags, and automatically sealed by a bag sewing machine.

Fertilizer Mixer machine
Fertilizer mixer is mainly used to fully blend various crushed raw materials.
In the mixer, the materials are subjected to shearing, impact, and throwing forces, allowing for the rapid and uniform mixing of organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium nutrients, and trace elements.

Vertical Chain Crusher
The vertical chain crusher powerfully pulverizes moist raw materials into a uniform powder. It is equipped with a mechanical safety interlock system that automatically shuts down the equipment when the access door is opened.
The core hammer heads are forged from 65Mn steel and undergo secondary quenching. Tungsten carbide alloy is welded onto the high-wear areas of the hammers, thus providing it with superior wear resistance.

Vibrating Screen
Vibrating screen is generally placed below coolers and equipped with three layers of screens. It use mechanical vibration to separate finished pellets, powder, and large-sized particles, ensuring the size of delivered products meets standards.
The separated powder and large particles are recycled for secondary processing, reducing raw material waste.

Automatic Packing Scale
The fully automatic packing scale is equipped with high-precision sensors and an intelligent control system. It can automatically receive the finished pellets after cooling and screening, and perform accurate metering according to the preset rated weight.
