A rotary dryer machine is a continuous drying device widely used in industry. Its main body is a horizontally installed rotating cylinder. As materials enter the dryer, the internal lifting plates continuously lift and scatter them while the cylinder rotates. The materials then make full contact with the hot air flowing through the cylinder to complete heat exchange and evaporate moisture.

Negative Pressure Airflow System
- The core air components include a blower and an induced draft fan. The blower blows air into the drum, while the induced draft fan draws air at the end. Strong negative pressure drives the materials to move toward the discharge outlet.
- Through-air circulation transfers heat rapidly and cuts down energy consumption.
- The rotary drum dryer comes with zoned hot air chambers to control material temperatures accurately at different drying stages.

Triple‑Cylinder & Lifting Flight Design
- The outer cylinder can insulate the inner cylinder with less heat loss, and its external heat dissipation area is about 60% less than that of a single-cylinder dryer.
- When the cylinder rotates, the lifting plates scoop up and throw out the materials, allowing full contact between materials and hot air flow and increasing the contact area by more than 50%.
- Materials flow alternately upstream and downstream in three-layer cylinders, stay for long periods, and have much higher thermal efficiency than traditional single-cylinder dryers.
- High-temperature flue gas passes through the inner, middle, and outer cylinders in sequence, making full use of heat and avoiding energy waste.

- The rotary drum dryer seals the material inlet and outlet to prevent negative pressure failure and dust leakage.
- Users can configure a two-stage dust removal system. The dusty moist air drawn from the cylinder end first enters the cyclone for primary dust removal, then passes through the bag filter for secondary filtration, ensuring exhaust emissions meet environmental standards.
