Transmission System
We adopt a high-precision gear transmission system. Its transmission efficiency reaches over 98%. It is more efficient and energy-saving than traditional belt drives.
Moreover, we use SKF brand bearings. They ensure stable operation and low noise.

Ring Die & Press Rollers
The ring die and press rollers are made of 42CrMo alloy steel. After carburizing heat treatment, they feature high hardness and excellent wear resistance. As a result, their service life is twice that of ordinary ring dies.

Anti-Bridging Feeder
A rotating lever is installed in the feeding hopper. It effectively prevents wood dust from bridging and blocking, ensuring raw materials enter the pellet chamber smoothly.
Additionally, the feeder is equipped with a frequency converter. It allows precise control of feeding speed based on main machine load and material properties.

Forced Feeder
We use a worm gear reducer. It provides strong extrusion force, ensuring materials pass through the ring die smoothly and form high-density pellets.
Besides, the gears are made of high-strength alloy steel with quenching treatment. They have extremely high tooth surface hardness and strong durability.

Cutting Device
The cutter uses replaceable high-hardness blades. It cuts cleanly and produces pellets of uniform length.
Additionally, the distance between the blade and the ring die is adjustable. We can cut pellets of different lengths according to customer requirements.

Overload Protection Device
Our rice husk pellet maker has a safety pin. It cuts off power transmission immediately in case of abnormal load. Thus, it effectively protects the machine from damage and reduces maintenance costs. It also better ensures the safety of both operators and equipment.
