Ring Die & Press Rollers
We chose 38CrMo alloy steel to manufacture the ring dies and press rollers, and subject them to hydrocarbon thermal treatment. Under normal working conditions, the ring mold and compressor roll use life can reach more than 1000 hours.

Multi-Stage Conditioners
Our pig feed pellet machine has 1-3-layer conditioners that can significantly extend the quality time of materials. This ensures that materials are fully cooked and glued, thereby improving the digestibility of feed.

VFD Feeder
The feeder of the pig feed machine is controlled by a variable frequency regulator, which automatically adjusts the feed speed to achieve uniform feed.
In addition, a helical torque is installed inside the feeders, which can effectively prevent material from forming bridges.

Siemens Motor

Cutting Device
The distance between the ring die and the cutting blade can be adjusted, allowing for precise control of the grain length, resulting in the production of feed of different specifications.
The cutting blade is very sharp, and the pellets cut out has a smooth surface and uniform length.

Overload Protection Device
Our pig feed mill comes with a safety pin as an overload protection device. When equipment malfunctions, the safety pin automatically disconnects power, protecting equipment from damage while also ensuring the safety of the operator.
