Process Flow of Chicken Feed Production Line in Peru
The chicken feed production line designed by RICHI for this Peruvian customer features an automated control system and encompasses a comprehensive and efficient process covering crushing, batching and mixing, pelletizing, cooling, screening, and packaging. All processes are smoothly connected.

Grinding Section:
First, the feed hammer mill crushes various raw materials such as corn, wheat, soybean meal and wheat bran into uniform powder with a fineness of no more than 3mm. This establishes a foundation for the subsequent batching, mixing, and pelletizing stages, ensuring that the raw materials are thoroughly blended and the nutrient distribution is uniform.

Batching and Mixing Section:
After grinding, the various raw materials are weighed and proportioned according to the preset chicken feed formula. Then, pouring them into the mixer for full stirring to ensure that all raw materials are evenly mixed. At the same time, the liquid adding equipment injects the required oil into the mixer synchronously to further improve the nutrition and palatability of the feed.

Pelletizing Section:
Transport the mixed powder to the chicken feed pellet making machine. Under the strong extrusion of the ring die and pressure roller, the powder is pressed into long strips. Then, cutters synchronously cut these long strips to pellet feed with consistent length.

Cooling and Screening Section:
The newly formed chicken feed pellets have a high temperature and need to be immediately sent to the countercurrent cooler for rapid cooling. We install a vibrating screen at the bottom of the cooler. It can synchronously screen the cooled pellets. Transport qualified pellets to the next packaging section, while recycle the screened powder or unqualified large particles to the crushing process for secondary processing. Thus it realizes full utilization of raw materials and reducing waste.

Crumbling Section:
Crumbling larger pellets into smaller crumbles to meet the feeding requirements of chicks and young broilers.

Packaging Section:
Finally, the automatic packaging scale automatically bags, accurately weighs and seals the finished pellets (or crumbles) according to the preset weight standard.
