What is the actual power consumption of your wood drying machine to dry one ton of wood chips (e.g., from 40% moisture content to 15%)?

It depends on the heat source you adopt. Take our mainstream triple-pass dryer as an example: Evaporating 1 kg of water requires about 900–1100 kcal of heat. Drying one ton of wood chips from 40% to 15% moisture consumes approximately 300,000 kcal per hour. If you use a biomass hot-blast stove, the fuel cost is usually 40%–60% lower than that of oil or gas.

My biomass pellet mill is very sensitive to raw material moisture. Can you guarantee the discharge moisture is stable at 12%?

Yes. We promise the discharge moisture deviation will be controlled within ±1%. Our wood drying machine is equipped with an online moisture monitor, which feeds data back to the PLC control system in real time.

My raw materials are relatively complex, including wood chips, crushed branches and bark. Will such mixed materials get blocked inside the wood dryer machine?

For mixed materials, our feeding mechanism is specially designed with an anti-winding and dispersing device, which can effectively handle branches and bark. The drum is equipped with lifting plates, so even heavy bark can be lifted evenly to avoid accumulation and blockage.

Environmental protection requirements are very strict now. Can the dust emission of your equipment meet national standards?

Our standard configuration includes a two-stage dust removal system (cyclone separator + pulse bag filter). Under normal working conditions, the exhaust emission concentration can be guaranteed to be below 10 mg/Nm³, which exceeds the environmental protection standards in most regions.

The temperature inside the wood drying machine is very high, and wood chips are flammable. How do you prevent the equipment from catching fire?
