Wind Negative Pressure System
- The core wind system consists of a blower and an induced draft fan. The strong wind (negative pressure) pushes the materials to the discharge port.

What is the actual power consumption of your wood drying machine to dry one ton of wood chips (e.g., from 40% moisture content to 15%)?
It depends on the heat source you adopt. Take our mainstream triple-pass dryer as an example: Evaporating 1 kg of water requires about 900–1100 kcal of heat. Drying one ton of wood chips from 40% to 15% moisture consumes approximately 300,000 kcal per hour. If you use a biomass hot-blast stove, the fuel cost is usually 40%–60% lower than that of oil or gas.

My biomass pellet mill is very sensitive to raw material moisture. Can you guarantee the discharge moisture is stable at 12%?
Yes. We promise the discharge moisture deviation will be controlled within ±1%. Our wood drying machine is equipped with an online moisture monitor, which feeds data back to the PLC control system in real time.
