Production process of Organic Fertilizer machine
RICHI organic fertilizer machine is a seamlessly integrated system. Its workflow is designed for maximum efficiency and product quality, transforming raw waste into market-ready fertilizer through the following automated stages.

Raw Material pre-cleaning

This stage involves the preliminary crushing and coarse mixing of various large raw materials (such as livestock and poultry manure, straw, etc.). The main purpose is to adjust the carbon-nitrogen ratio and moisture content to a suitable level for fermentation, forming a uniform fermentation pile.
Fermentation & composting

The pretreated materials are sent to the fermentation zone, where aerobic fermentation is carried out through turning or forced ventilation. Under high temperature, pathogens, insect eggs, and weed seeds are effectively killed, and the organic raw materials are completely decomposed, becoming harmless organic fertilizer base material.
Crushing & Screening

The composted material will clump together and may contain impurities. It is necessary to use a crusher to completely break up the composted material and crush it into fine powder. Then, a screening machine is used to remove impurities such as plastic, stones, and glass that were not decomposed during fermentation, so as to obtain pure and uniform powdered organic material. If powdered organic fertilizer is required, the sieved powder can be weighed and packaged directly.
Mixing

Use the pure organic material after crushing and sieving as the main material. At this time, trace elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium can be added according to the formula to produce compound fertilizer, or functional additives such as humic acid can be added.
Pelleting

The uniformly mixed materials are fed into an organic fertilizer pellet mill, where they are extruded through a die under high pressure to form cylindrical pellets.
Drying

The pellets that come out of the pellet mill have a high moisture content (usually around 15%-20%), are soft, and are easily deformed. The pellets are immediately sent to a dryer where the moisture inside the pellets is rapidly evaporated under the action of high-temperature hot air.
Cooling

The granules exiting the dryer are very hot and need to enter a cooler to be cooled to near ambient temperature with room-temperature air. Cooling not only further solidifies the granules but also prevents residual heat from causing moisture to form inside the packaging bag, which would affect product quality and storage.
Screening

The cooled granules are graded by a vibrating screen to select finished products with the correct particle size. Excessively fine powder is returned to the pelleting process, while excessively large particles are crushed and reprocessed.
Packaging

The granules are weighed, bagged, and sealed using an automatic packaging scale to become commercial organic fertilizer.

This crusher is designed for high-fiber, easily clogged, wet, sticky materials. It features wear-resistant hammers and a screenless structure, preventing sticking and clogging, offering high crushing efficiency and strong adaptability. It effectively breaks up fiber clumps, providing uniformly sized powdery raw materials for subsequent granulation.

The compost turner is a key piece of equipment in the fermentation process of organic fertilizer raw materials. It can accelerate the fermentation and decomposition of organic matter and improve the efficiency and quality of compost production through the triple action of stirring, turning and aeration.

Fertilizer mixing machine
It can thoroughly and uniformly mix pulverized organic powders with trace elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, or other additives, ensuring the final product has a uniform composition. Employing a dual-shaft counter-spiral design, it achieves extremely high mixing uniformity (up to 95% or more).

Fertilizer Pellet Machine
It can produce granular fertilizer of a specific size by forcefully extruding uniformly mixed powdery materials through a ring die and pressure rollers. The ring die is made of high-quality alloy steel 42CrMnTi and has undergone carburizing heat treatment, resulting in strong wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

It utilizes high-temperature hot air to dry granules that are still relatively moist when they come out of the pellet mill. The equipment is robust in structure, operates smoothly, provides ample heat exchange, has a large processing capacity, and can operate continuously, making it crucial for ensuring granule quality and stability.

Counter-flow coolers utilize the principle of counter-flow heat exchange to ensure thorough heat exchange between cold air and hot particles. This process not only effectively removes moisture from the particle surface, causing it to shrink and harden to gain sufficient mechanical strength, but also prevents surface cracking caused by rapid cooling.
