Pre-processing System
We offer a wood crusher specifically for large-sized, irregular wood materials. It employs high-intensity shearing action to break down raw materials into uniform flakes of 3–5 cm.

A high-efficiency hammer mill micro-grinder takes charge of fine grinding pre-crushed wood, sawdust and shavings. Besides, it supports customizable screen mesh.

Drying System
The client has selected a large φ1.5m×12m rotary dryer. This unit integrates an intelligent variable frequency speed control system. Accordingly, it automatically adjusts drum speed and hot air flow based on initial moisture content and material properties

Pelleting System
We adopt special alloy steel for both the ring die and pressure rollers of this wood pellet mill. As a result, they deliver excellent wear resistance. It is equipped with a forced feeder. Ultimately, it ensures continuous and uniform feeding.

Cooling System
Air moves in the opposite direction to pellets. Therefore, it achieves uniform cooling and effectively prevents pellet cracking. In addition, it offers an optional waste heat recovery system.

Screening System
The vibrating screen separates qualified pellets from fine powder, dust and oversized fragments. It features a multi-layer screen mesh design. Thus, it ensures precise classification of pellets by size.

Packaging System
The client has opted for a belt-feeding model automatic packing machine. It It comes with high-precision sensors and a PLC control system. Hence, it enables accurate weighing, automatic bagging, filling and sewing for multiple specifications ranging from 10 to 50 kg.

Dust Removal System
Cyclone separation removes most large-particle dust. Subsequently, the high-efficiency pulse bag filter captures micron-sized fine dust. Overall, the system achieves a dust removal efficiency of ≥99.5%.

Wear-Resistant Crushing System

Anti-Caking Pelleting System
Aiming at the client’s highly abrasive raw materials, we adopt a biomass pellet mill with an extra-large torque ring die. Moreover, core components are made of 42CrMo steel and treated with carburizing heat processing.
For this reason, their wear-resistant lifespan is 3–5 times that of standard materials, thus cutting down the replacement costs of core parts.

The production line adopts a modular splicing concept. This allows flexible combination of processing sections and easy capacity expansion.

Targeting Indonesia’s high-temperature, high-humidity and salt-laden mist environment, all outdoor equipment and steel structures in high-temperature, high-humidity areas undergo heavy anti-corrosion treatment. This significantly enhances equipment durability in harsh conditions.

Raw Material Pretreatment:
Crush the woody raw materials into wood chips with a length of less than 3cm, and screen out impurities such as stones, iron filings, and metal sheets from them.

Crushing:
Put the wood chips with a size of less than 3cm into the grinder and grind them into sawdust of about 3mm, which is convenient for subsequent pelletizing.

Drying:
Dry the raw materials through a dryer to control the moisture content of the raw materials at 15%, facilitating the subsequent pelletizing process.

Pelletizing:
Convey the powdery raw materials to the biomass pellet mill. Inside the pellet mill, through the interaction between the ring die and the pressure roller, the raw materials are extruded into pellets with a certain shape and size.

Cooling and Screening:
Cool the newly pressed high-temperature pellets to room temperature, and at the same time use a screening machine to sift out pellets and powder that do not meet the specifications.

Finished Product Packaging:
Use an automatic weighing packer for accurate weighing and packaging of the finished pellets.
