How An automatic Packaging Machine Works

We can summarize the working principle of the automatic packaging machine in four steps: bag feeding, weighing, discharging, and bag sealing. The PLC and sensors automatically control the entire process.

The automated bag-feeding system places the packaging bag onto the discharge port of the packaging machine. A pneumatic bag clamp then firmly clamps the bag in place to prevent material leakage.

Once you activate the automatic packing machine, the system fills material into the bag according to the preset target weight. When the sensor detects that the weight is approaching the preset value, it immediately narrows the feeding gate to switch to slow and precise feeding.

After weighing completes, the conveyor belt transports the packaging bag to the bag sewing machine for sealing. Finally, the system palletizes and inkjet codes the finished bags.
