Raw Material Cleaning

Remove impurities from raw materials such as corn and soybean meal, such as stones, weeds, and metal shavings, to avoid subsequent equipment wear and tear, and at the same time ensure that the feed is clean and free of contaminants.
Crushing

The large pieces of raw material after cleaning are ground into fine powder to facilitate uniform mixing and allow animals to better digest and absorb the nutrients. The particle size can be adjusted according to the needs of different animals.
Batching & Mixing

According to the formula, various raw material powders, such as corn flour, fish meal, vitamin additives, etc., are accurately weighed and then thoroughly mixed using a mixer to ensure that the nutrition of each feed is uniform.
Conditioning

The mixed powder is fed into a conditioner, where steam is added to heat and humidify it, making the powder soft and sticky, which prepares it for subsequent pelleting and also improves the palatability and digestibility of the feed.
Pelleting

After conditioning, the powder is fed into a pellet mill and extruded into uniformly sized pellets through a mold, which are adapted to the feeding habits of different animals, such as fine pellets for young animals and coarse pellets for adult animals.
Cooling & Screening

Freshly made pellets are hot and have high moisture content. They are first cooled to room temperature, and then screened out with a screening machine to remove broken and powdered pellets, leaving only qualified pellets to ensure that the feed has a uniform appearance.
Packaging

Pack qualified feed pellets into bags, weigh and seal them before storing them in the warehouse for easy storage, transportation and subsequent feeding. At the same time, make sure to label them to distinguish the feed type.

It’s used to cool freshly pressed, high-temperature, high-humidity pelleted feed to room temperature, removing surface moisture and hardening it for easier storage and transportation.
Utilizing a counter-flow exchange principle between cold air and the pellets, the cooling is uniform and efficient, with low energy consumption, effectively preventing pellet cracking due to sudden cooling.
Vibrating Grading Screen
It is used to screen cooled particles, separating qualified finished products and removing excessively fine powder and overly large fragments, which are then returned to the previous process for reprocessing.
